Shed fest
Artists designers and craftspeople needed to take part in a shed fest.
This will involve the making, storage and transportation of a set of artists sheds. Shed fests would be a rolling mobile exhibition organised by almond-design.
Each unit would based on a footprint of a standard sized pallet. This would enable it to be loaded onto a trailer or flat wagon. They would then be taken to a number of events and venues for as a traveling art shed fest exhibitions. Participants could be involved in the building and or customising of their unit/s or buy or rent them completed to take home or store at Stansfields. After an inaugural exhibition at Stansfields I envisage taking some or all to Village fetes, Country house craft fairs, seaside festivals folk festivals.
